Upon purchasing a basket, all customers will receive an email regarding an item list of things that can be purchased for a basket.

Returns

Currently, at the moment we are not offering the option to exchange items.

Shipping

All products have a standard production and processing time of 7-10 business days. In cases of extreme conditions, order may be delayed. Once your order is placed, a shipping label will be completed and a tracking number will be provided to either the phone number or email provided. All orders are normally shipped through USPs. Processing time typically takes 3-5 business days excluding Saturdays and Sundays which are considered weekend days. Please only contact us if you have not received your order a tracking number. 

Yes, all purchases are provided with a tracking or order number.
